Note I loved my first version so much, I immediately planned this one, and used the Dot Organic Digital Print Sweat in a lovely mustard colour.

For this make, I made the following modifications:

*Stabilised the pocket opening.
*Moved pocket up 1" and shortened pocket lining by same amount
*3/4” forward thrusting shoulder adjustment which adds that much to the back pattern piece while removing same from front pieces at the shoulders. This is because shoulder seams on garments shift towards my back.
*Closed up the neckline a bit more.
*Black cotton jersey for pocket lining to reduce bulk.
*Since I didn't want to replicate my first one, I made bishop sleeves with suble gathered sleeve head by raising the shoulder pattern near the top by 2". Found the tutorial for the sleeve head on byhandlondon.com

Still a tard longer than I wanted (forgot to shorten pattern piece, butI’m almost certain that will be remedied in a washing machine accident in the hands of my son.

I would have loved to make the neck band from the fabric, but I just couldn't get it to lay right (tried 3 times)

Really love this pattern, and would happily wear it out.

It looks really lovely on you, and looks very comfortable. I have the pattern, and am motivated, now, to make it.
