Notes	I used a tartan plaid wool that has an excellent drape (for a wool.) I cut the back piece as one piece so I would not have to match the plaids. I sewed all bottom hems including sleeves with the wool and lining and then flipped and top stitched rather than hemming for a more professional look, drape and structure than a serge and flip. Since the back piece is not two pieces, I decided to modify and add frocking for a better drape and I am contemplating a loose belt at this point.
