Notizen	I made this because I had a scrap of floral velvet in my stash and some left over hand woven silk. The skirt had to be underlined as the silk is so translucent. I have made it for my sister who has a very strong kyphosis of her upper back so I give her some extra length here. Other than that I widened the seam allowance for the zip.
