| Notes | I work as an RN in aged care and we are having an Addams family theme day at work for our residents in a couple of weeks. I I purchased a costume pattern - Simplicity S9006 and had second thoughts about using it, it just didn't look right. I think this is a better fit for the character and for my age, an adult Wednesday Addams costume. I have black cotton sateen fabric and some white cotton sateen fabric for contrast on cuffs and colour. I think this should work well. |

I was going to use white netting for an underskirt but found my black 50s petticoat so will use that instead.

@Maria - thankyou for your kind words, I have decided that I will add a bit of rockabilly flare to it - a white single layer mesh underskirt. with small ruffle. Colour and cuffs are in white so underskirt will coordinate well.
