| Notes | This is one of my favorite dresses. I used ponte knits for both the bodice and skirt. This neckline does gape, but a little sew-on snap works great for keeping it in place. I decided to turn it into a nursing dress, so I included a modesty panel that snaps and unsnaps. I didn't add enough ease to the pattern, so it fit too closely at first (see awful last picture!) but after losing about 15 pounds of baby weight all around the middle, it fits much better now. |
