笔记 Easy to sew blouse in batik cotton and stretch cotton for the neck and cuffs.
The seam of the neck is on the outside and I stitched a silk bias on the seam to make it look nice- could not really figure out how the description was ment to be.
Overall satisfied, although this top is difficult to wear under a jacket since the neck is so wide and voluminous.
