Note My first fly!
It's not perfect but very close and a huge boost for my sewing confidence.
These pants really gave me the feeling I've leveled up in sewing land!

Adjustments:
My bum is mainly curvy in the back whereas my hips are rather slim, because of this I ended up adding a dart in the waistband in the middle and not having enough fabric in the front for a button hole, I ended up fixing this with a sliding hook. I will redraw the waistband for my next project.
I added pockets on the back.

I used the same cotton fabric for lining the pockets as the waistband as well.
I chose not to do the pleats, I might want the pants to be slightly more slim in a next project but it doesn't stop me from wearing it as often as possible!

I used a seam allowance of 1 cm, for linen fabric I will use 2 cms for a more finished seam.

    Looks like you did a great job on your first fly! The pants look like they fit nicely, too. I like how you used a print fabric for the facing and pocket linings. Nice job all the way around. Also uniquely yours with the designs you added to the pockets.
