Notizen With three teenage daughters attending formals and University Balls an elegant, evening cover up was required.

I purchased this camel coloured cashmere for myself but stored it incorrectly and silver fish had nibbled the folds. :(

I was able to cut this cape, avoiding the damage.

I lined the vest with a heavy Duchess satin in a pearly pink.

The garment is topstitched and has mock tortoiseshell buttons for a 'Burberry' look.

I bagged the lining through a side seam

The nature of this garment means it fits ALL my big girls and even ME!
