Notes	I am pleased with how this blouse turned out, but I had to make quite a few changes to get it as I wanted it. I raised the neckline, as it was far too low to wear to work. I also raised the armhole and turned the outermost tucks into princess seams for a more flattering fit below the bust. I stitched the tucks on the inside. When I make the top again, in a plainer fabric I will stitch them on the outside as the effect on the example garment is very nice. I like the subtle flounce on the sleeve. Made with a fine, crisp cotton lawn.
