Notes I was attracted to this top because of the possibilities of colour blocking and thus being able to use up spare yardage of fabric.
I made this quite a while ago but have not taken photos until recently.
I like the idea but my realisation did not really work well with this particular top. I added the cap sleeves but they looked strange. (Sorry I did not take photos with the sleeves on) So I just put bias binding for the armholes.
I also had problems with the hem. I think it looks OK now but trying to keep the pleats in the hem but still look neat and tidy was difficult. I ended up doing a lot of hand stitching.
I am still not quite happy with the armholes. I would like more coverage on the front.
Overall I like the pattern and will be using it again. Next time with changes to the pattern.

    I just saw your blouse and did not make this pattern myself. I really like your blouse with the different fabrics I hadn't thought of.
