Notes Fabric: some sort of light weight wool mix. Reasonable drape.
As this is a beta pattern there iare no instructions. So I made them up.
Darts, waist bands, side seams + zipper, then insert facings, inserts, waist band facing, hems.
I think it went together easily. I also am not sure if it a particularly flattering design for me, or maybe it is just the fabric. The inserts fold on themselves nicely.

    Hi Tannie,
    I think the skirt is meant to have the uneven hem. I wore it to work today and one of my colleagues suggested I should press a pleat in the flounce so it does not "stick out".
    I thought the pattern was unflattering because it had wrinkles around my hips. This does not show when you are moving, only in a photo.
    The shirt is another Lekala pattern 4461. And it is indeed a lovely pattern.

    I think the pattern is not good. If you would have used other material, for example stretchable fabric, I think you would still have that protruding point at the bottom of the skirt.
    I think it's good that you've started here and unfortunately we're a bit disappointing.
    Unfortunately, the skirt is not beautiful but your blouse is very nice!
