    Thank you for all the comments. I did not do any alterations to the front, it might be because of the fabric.

    Maybe the front is not as nice as you hoped but the back is lovely. Maybe you could paint a pattern on the front with fabric paint.

    Maybe it’s the fabric? I wash and iron my fabric before I cut the pieces.

    Mmh, strange: The fitting of that shirt was perfect for me, but some other turned out to be much too great.
