笔记 Fabric - water repellent sueded nylon outer, cotton voile lining

Fit is good and can be easily worn over loose clothing

CHANGES MADE:
Collar: Added 3cm to collar height. I have cut the collar as two pieces.
Waist: Didn't apply the elastic. Stitched lining & outer fabric together to form a casing and run an internal drawstring
Hem: Added an internal drawstring
Added an internal zippered pocket into the lining
Omitted the storm-flap


NOTE:
The instructions say to use a single collar piece that is folded in half. If you do this then the buttonhole is at the neckline seam rather than the top edge of the collar.
