Notizen	My "dilly" skirt, inspired by the song "Lavender Blue," incorporates selvedge welting and additional buttons. Tips: 1) double-check the direction of the front yoke and front side panels before attaching them; it's easy to sew the yokes in sideways, which will leave you short a couple of inches/cm when later attempting to attach them to the center front panel. 2) Allow for turn-of-cloth when attaching "decoration" overlay and flaps to front yoke; it may be helpful to cut decoration overlays larger on sides and bottom and trim away after they are attached to the underlying yokes.
