Notizen Made with a cotton duck with peacock trail pattern. Instructions are straightforward.
I drafted a back facing and cut out another front yoke to use as a facing. I don't like the idea of overlock the edges and folding and topstitching.
If I made it again I would make the pockets deeper. As they are now they are just a decorative feature rather than functional.
Argh! I hate buttonholes. It's finally finished.
Just another note. Next time I make this l will further the placket and buttons and put in an exposed brass zipper. Yay for fashion.

    Thank you for the tip on the pockets being too shallow. I am going to make this soon and the first thing I'll do is draft better pocket pieces for it!
