Notes	My first Lekala project . . .and first knit project! I made this out of a mid-weight, fleece-backed sweatshirt fabric with 10% stretch across the grain only. I suspect this was thicker and less stretchy than the pattern intended. I had to increase the depth and width of all pattern pieces to obtain the looser fit I thought the drawing showed. Also the neck wanted to stand straight up, so tacked it down in the front to get the relaxed cowl look. For personal preference, I also added an inch to the length of the sleeve and dress and tapered the width of the sleeve to make it an inch narrower at the cuff (or hem). The intersecting seam lines and sleeve shape ended up being more challenging (for a beginner) than anticipated. But otherwise this was an easy project and it's a cozy dress.
