Заметки	The second time I have made this for myself, it has been worn frequently for over a year now. Fabric is Liberty Tana lawn, I initially did the bodice border using a decorative machine stitch, but this did not really show well with the "busy" print of the fabric, so I later added a ribbon trim over the top. This is a really nice pattern, which was the first one I ever made from Lekala. The pleats do need to be stitched in place, though.

Yes Shelagh, unfortunately I have a passion for Liberty fabrics - although they are expensive, they are so luxurious that they are worth it! I do cheat and buy them mainly via ebay, though. I feel that the care and effort we put into making garments is worthy of the best fabric (and good fabric is a lot easier to sew with).

This pattern is one that I have considered making, but as usual it is great to see examples. It is a lovely blouse.
