Notes	Cut on the cross grain so the "stripes" are vertical. Nice firm fabric but with a nice drape. It might take a while to complete as my sewing machine needs a new bobbin case. The tensioning screw is missing from my old one. :-( 6/12/16 sewing the seams was a nice surprise. I expected to have some problems matching the straight and the curved seams on the gusset but they went together very well. Finally finished this skirt. I think it looks better than the linen shirt I made with the same pattern. I just finished the hem with an overlock stitch so the swinging feel of the skirt is not spoiled by a hem.
