Notes	This dress is so so girly, i love the flounce. It supposed to be lighter and softer fabric, but since i used cotton, I only make one layer of the flounce. I think i was too excited when starting to sew this dress, and not reading the instruction carefully, mistakenly sew it into (never met) wrap dress, LOL Fortunately i can still fix it and wear it on my daughter recital.
