Notas	I made this in a cotton lawn - the fabric type worked well but a solid colour or large print might look nicer. There is so much fabric on display that the print I used is completely overwhelming. I would have preferred a two piece sleeve for a neater look. I also couldn't figure out how to create the plackets in the sleeve openings with the pieces provided, so I recut them according to a sewing book I own. I had to top stitch all the way around the pivots in the bodice to avoid pointy bumps, but that did the job so well that I could leave off the pockets.
