| 笔记 | I made this dress when I was first discovering Lekala patterns. At the time, I hadn't quite mastered taking my measurements correctly, so unfortunately I ordered it a little too large. I made a test garment using an old doona cover that was simply too pretty to throw away! Although the dress was a little oversized, I was able to improve the fit by taking it in at the side seams and around the hips. There was also a slight point at the sides due to the extra ease of approximately 2 cm. I've since learned how to measure myself properly, and my more recent Lekala garments have had beautiful fits. Despite my early measuring mistake, I think this is a lovely, very pretty dress. I may well order it again in my corrected measurements and make it in a different fabric next time.
