Notizen	Made on a diffucult randomly pleated fabric, which was etremely difficult to work with. I wanted to make a Dirndl costume (vest, blouse and skirt) without looking too ‘Dirndl’ kind of like (so no flowery fabrics, nor embrodery- kind of stuff. The fabric of the vest and skirt I got free of chargde from a friend of a friend. I had this blouse pattern in my collection, and found it suitable for a ‘Dirndl’ blouse. I made use of this pattern, made the sleeves a lot longer and wider, and did double it at the wrist with an elastic. Made a band with folds at the neckline, which - at the end – made the neckline too wide, so I made a tunnel with some cord in it to close it up some more. Does the blouse still look like the original pattern, perhaps barely, but the pattern itself is used. In fact, at the end its outlook does look more like a ‘poët blouse’ instead of a ‘Dirndl’ one, but I am happy how it did turn out.
