Notes	I made the skirt before in ‘Pop Art Flower’ Jacquard. Very nice, but the seams were not visible. Now made again in bamboo (which I received from a friend who quit sewing, Just enough, as I have 1 piece of 10cm by 7 cm left!) The skirt is fully lined in orange satin, it’s length made a bit shorter, due to the split at the back, and top-stitched. Made a leather cutout at the top of the back split. Only the waistband had interfacing. The hem is hand-sewn. Only the waistband had interfacing, added as well an elastic band (due to my fluctuating belly). The instructions of the mid center front part were a bit of a ‘mumbo jumbo’. When lined, it is better to create a full waistband at the back. I happy with this skirt? Yes. The bamboo fabric is very soft and has a nice feel. As this one is a uni color, the shape shows it’s ‘dynamic line’. PS The skirt looks far more complicated in the drawing. In reality it is (except the waistband) a piece of cake.
