Notes	A short waistcoat to match my Lekala 4012 skirt, the blouse is also by Lekala: Lekala 4086 Blouse Eyelet. To me this waistcoat has a “Victorian’ outlook, ans I am very fond of such (that’s why nearly all my finished projects have a ‘Lady of the Manor vibe, even if the original is modern and I did not change any). Made in wool. Made bound buttonholes of 2,5 cm, as the wool frays a lot. Plenty of work, but at least in this way the buttonholes do not rip. The waistcoat is fully lined with Tassal lining, made a pleat at the back (originally not included in this model). There is only one flaw in this pattern: the ordered measurement of the waist was 108 cm. The pattern delivered was 12 cm too wide, the onset tho the hips (ordered 112 cm) was accordingly. So with the help of a friend I had to do a lot of fitting to get it right! But once this error fixed I am very happy with my waistcoat.
