| Note | Review – LEKALA sewing pattern 2354 I selected LEKALA sewing pattern 2354 because I wanted a blouse with a cow neck design specifically for stretch fabric. The pattern meets this purpose very well. The cow neck drapes nicely and gives a soft flattering shape. I made one adjustment to suit my personal preference and fabric choice by raising the centrepiece of the neck line by 9.5 cm (approximately three and three-quarter inches). I didn’t want the neck line too low and made my sleeve link a bit longer as well. Other than these minor changes the pattern fit well and straightforward to sew. One of the strongest features of LEKALA patterns is that they are drafted to individual measurements. This made a noticeable difference to the fit and it also reduce the need for further alterations. I am very pleased with the finish garment and appreciate that LEKALA offers made – two – measure patterns That allow sewists to achieve professional results at home. |
