| 笔记 | I wanted to make a knit maxi dress from old clothes and picked this pattern because it has a lot of pattern pieces and easy to color block. I made several modifications -- added back waistband, double both waistbands for extra support for the heavy skirt, added waist ties, omitted back facing (used knit binding instead), pleated both front and back skirts, added pocket. And of course, I added another tier to make it a maxi. I loved it so much I put it on as soon as I finished and forgot to take any pictures. These were taken after laundry! |
