PS: you see the red basting stitch I did for step 5 in the picture!

Hi all! I finally figured out how to do this, the knot is beautiful but a bit tricky. Therefore wanted to leave some enhanced instructions on the top:

    1. Check out the German instructions for pictures! I would personally also add a centimeter at the side of the bust part (ended up with too little fabric in the end, which pulled the rest of the jersey. Not that noticable, but still. Also, since I like my tops not that short, I would add 2 cm or so at the bottom, if you are like me.)
    2. Sew shoulder seams, serge, and press toward back.
    3. Serge edge of neckline. Turn seam allowance onto wrong side, press, and topstitch.
    4. Serge top straight edge (the middle part, approx. 4-5 cm wide) of lower front and similar edge of top front (3 edges in total). Turn seam allowance onto wrong (left) side of the fabric, press and topstitch.
    5. Place the top in front of you, with right side of the fabric on the outside. Fold the left side towards the side seam, so that the curved edge under the bust lines up. Place the part that will later cover belly right sides on top of it. Pin the curved longer side (3 layers in total), sew and serge, leaving the 4-5 cm open. Turn the work to the right side, place the top in front of you as you would look at it on another person one more time and thread right detail from top to button into resulting whole. Match up the curved underbust edges (3 layers again, right sides facing) and sew correspondingly.
    6. Then fold up the corner to the notch marked at the side seam, sew a helping stitch (about 5 cm) to connect it to the main fabric, so it won’t move when you later on connect front and back of the top.
    7. Serge hems of sleves, turn to left side and stitch what will later be the seam. Then attach the sleeves as marked by notches to the main bodice.
    8. Pin and close side seams from wrist to hip. Finish the seam by serging and topstiching.
