Elegant, kind of ‘princess-like’ even, with -in this case- a high ‘Downton Abbey’ feel. Normally I make a test version first. The drawing shows more fluency than it has in reality, so next time I will add more fluency. The pattern is fine, did not change it. I did alter the height of the waistband to 'hold' my bloothed tummy (I used twice a sturdy fusible facing). All seam is sewn by hand. I really like the pattern, and I would certainly make more versions of this. This is a highly recommended pattern. |
