Notas	Made this skirt from neoprene, didn't finish the lower edge. I did add pockets to it. I wanted a voluminous skirt for this neoprene, which would hold it shape and this skirt was just perfect. Very easy and very quick to make. I also made jacket 4082 to match this skirt (see last picture).
