Notes	I use Dress pattern #4519 and I added sleeves to the dress. To create contrast I added a section at the bottom of the dress and matching cuffs. Satin was used at the main fabric and a semi stretchy shimmery fabric for contrast. It was a bit difficult creating the pleats around the bust area but I use interfacing to stabilize the fabric which helped a lot.
