Notizen The other girls always look so nice in their casual shirts, whereas I felt I could never wear normal t-shirts, as I am quite small and they never really fit (the waist usually sits on my hip). So I usually wear men's shirts for exercising, which doesn't really look flatterning either. But now I lost some weight and of couse want to show off a litte bit. And so I decided to make this shirt.

The basic fabric is from a cheap men's shirt I got on the internet. I thought the print somewhat funny and I like the retro style. Unfortunately, there was not enough fabric for the sleeves, the original shirt had normal sleeves. So I improvised and used some left-overs in red with white dots. I first didn't like the idea but now I love it.

The shirt was very easy to sew, it was my first raglan shirt. The only amendment I made was making it about 6 cms longer. The original pattern would have been way too short. Apart from that, the fit is just amazing, I am so happy with it and will definitely use it again!
